My breakfast is usually oatmeal with a banana on the side. 2 boiled eggs w/1 serving on breakfast sausages or 2 strip of bacon. Sometimes I add 1 slice whole wheat toast and a cup of coffee or tea.

I really think you should focus less on the pounds and more on the inches you have lost. Do you feel comfortable in your current clothing sizes? If so stop focusing so much on the weight loss and focus more on getting your body more lean and toned which is what most of us really desire. Although I am far from an expert IMO…

My goal is 15-20lbs. That's about 2lbs per week.

I also heard it flushes out the toxins in your body and can aid as a diuretic. However since its high in citric acid to be careful because it will wear out something in the tooth enamel. I don't want to do the master cleanse just wanted to know if I drank 1 cup daily w/warm water will it remove excess water.

I have read some information about cleaning but haven't actually done it 100%. I try to eat less processed/packaged foods and cook with more veggies and leaner pproteins. I guess its a process. Where did did you get coconut flour?

I'm starting to focus on my flutes as well. As far as I know squats & lunges are the best. I drink my water plain at room temperature. I can't drink it cold.

I use to wake up at 5am and workout for about 30-45 minutes. Then I stopped and said I will do it after work which is not going to well, so my weightloss has stalled. Looking at the responses so far it seems that knocking it out first thing in the morning is the only way to ensure it gets done.

I find frozen store brand veggies to be quite reasonable. Also frozen is supposedly much better than canned b/c it doesn't contain all the sodium or preservatives.
