Great to see a lot of folks enjoying this. ifychuddy, the program is designed to have you work out 3 times a week. It is a progression driven method. You alternate joggin with walking. As you get further into the program it has you jogging more and running less. Good luck if you decide to try it.

dot, I'm currently using the couch to 5k. I'm not a fan of running but it keeps me interested and is very goal driven. I'm in week 4 now; the week where the running really becomes prominent. It's very user friendly. Go for it.
