Take a look at teamestrogen.com, they've got some great plus size bras & clothing. I'm ordering the CW-X. The shock absorber looks good too and runs to size F.

Another 5'5 here!

I was absolutely dreading my son's graduation next year and taking my picture with him. It's one of the big reasons that put me on this journey. Losing 100 pounds can be pretty daunting at this end so I thank you for further inspiration.

I use a lower gear and increased my cadence to avoid knee pain. I'm not traveling as fast as I was before but I can ride comfortably for much longer. I haven't seen any apps, but the C25K is interval training. You can do the same on your bike, just pedal faster for a couple of minutes than recover for 2 & repeat. My hands…

Black & strong. I was in the military and it was frowned upon adding anything to it.

Just starting out biking to lose weight. I've ridden about 36 miles so far this month. Had a couple of nice weather days when I was able to ride 10 miles. Today looks to be another. It's a nice ride from my house down the bay front then along a country road that takes me back out to the bay at another point. Bought…

Went for a bike ride out to Swan Point for the 1st time in 7 years. Along the way I saw deer crossing the road.

Lemon plus water is water, lime plus water isn't. Kidding! It's water plus a bonus of vitamin C. If it's made with water, it's water +.

Bread is mine. Especially when it's fresh out of the oven. That warm yeasty smell gets me every time. Golden Corral's rolls are the crack of bread.

Looking good! I'd suggest adding weights too. Muscles are great metabolism boosters.

Really inspirational, I 2nd that you should copy this to a blog post.

Spit Sardines?

Green chile on pizza is the best. Can't get it on pizzas in Texas, but you can at my house. :)

You look fantastic! The others are right, find a place where YOU are comfortable. BMI is a guideline, before that Doctors used height & weight graphs. For diets we were told to eat from the 4 food groups, then it went to the pyramid, and now we have some weird plate graphic. It's no wonder why we are all screwed up.

The heart rate monitor is probably more accurate than the Kinect. What game are you playing? Some of them you have to enter your weight & it takes that into account. If it was me, I'd log the lower calories so I'd feel I have to work out more.

I have Kinect with Your Shape original & the first Dance Central. Your Shape gets the job done like an exercise class, but honestly I find it kind of boring. Dance Central on the other hand is a blast. I love dancing & the music is great. It does have a work-out mode but a lot of time is spent "swiping" at the menu. From…

I'd suggest prepare the night before. On your days off you can make big meals & freeze individual portions.
