I take a big can of chickpeas, small can of chipotle peppers and about a tablespoon of EVOO and mix it up in my food processor. Yummy goodness!

I use a Heart Rate Monitor. I've had times were MFP was higher & lower than my HRM showed so I edit my calories burned.

How exciting! I'm planning a trip there next summer for my son's graduation present. By then I will be at my goal weight. I don't plan on worrying about watching what I eat while on vacation. I do plan on walking a whole lot & renting bicycles part of the time.
