today i decided to try again ending my treamill workout by trying to run at 6.0 so i cranked the speed up to 6.0 and was able to run for a little over a minute and a half. omg i feel so proud of myself these last two time i have done it well let just say i cant remember another time i have felt more pumped after a workout…

i completly agree better going over protien then carbs and fat and i always go over my protien. but i am on a low carb diet so i expect to go over every time. my dad whos a doctor said just be careful because protein also has fat so how much over are you going? if its one or two points or a low number you should be fine…
