Not seeing results on the scale. My diet is in my diary you can take a look, I've been at it for 3 weeks or so. I sweat everytime I go to the gym. My heart rate monitor always keeps me in check - i like seeing those calories increase..

I have just started working out 5 days a week. I am having trouble figuring out what to do each day though. I do 30 minutes cardio and then I kind of get lost. Any help would help me!
