  • I would say eat in the salad section. You can choose what goes on your plate, all the other food is probably not good for you at all.
  • I say noway to Chinese food most of it is super high in sodium. The only thing I would say is safe to get from there is steamed veggies and chicken, or shrimp, nothing fried I stay away from it all together.
  • I work out at 4am at home I usually do a Jillian Michaels DVD and then I go to the gym at night, do that Monday-Friday and weekends are my rest days. :)

  • I have the same problem So I eat egg whites, and I have a protein bar each day that are packed with 20grams of protein. I buy the Double chocolate ones and they aren't bad at all I like them a lot!
