  • You really can't eat to much protein or fiber I usually eat around around 65grams of protein a day and 50grams of Fiber a day. I've read thats a good amount for a very active person. But you also shouldn't increase your intake to fast, do it slowly other wise you'll notice abdominal discomfort.

  • Skinny Pop popcorn is awesome you can have 4 cups for 155 calories low carbs and no sugar!....Fiber one 80 Calorie cereal, fruit, and veggies are always great!! Applesauce, egg whites, A slice of Healthy Life high fiber whole wheat 35 calorie bread with a table spoon of almond butter :)
