this might be a very good thing for you. weighing every day can get obsessive and unhealthy, mentally and emotionally. i stopped weighing everyday for this reason. i limit it to about once a week or once every 2 weeks. maybe this break will help you relax a bit and enjoy the process of getting STRONGER and HEALTHIER!

That's a GREAT deal!! Most boxes in my area are close to $200 for unlimited w/o a contract. Luckily my husband and I get a couples discount plus his first responder discount.

i should try this too. i psyched myself out twice this week. i pretty sure i could've gone 5 more pounds in both my clean and my snatch this week. i definitely got the bar high enough but i couldn't do it mentally. sigh.

Starting Strength or Stronglifts 5x5 is a great place to start. There's a great group for women that do Stronglifts for Women (http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/4618-stronglifts-5x5-for-women) -- the stickies explain the program really well.
