You look amazing, hard to even believe you are in the 200's. I think you need a new scale! LOL Seriously though, you are doing fantastic! We all go through those times when the scale just won't cooperate. Just stick with it and you'll be in ONEderland soon enough!!!

When I exercise, it fills me up with energy the whole day. If I skip a day (which I hate to do...makes me feel horrible) I am sluggish and feel lazy. Exercise has just become part of my regular life now!

I agree, you must have a canned one or someone messed up. Fresh mushrooms are super low in sodium (and, yes, WAY better than the canned ones, tastewise). Here's a link to calorieking for fresh mushrooms.…

LOL...my husband and I have been making this for years. We call it Zuchsagna, but we make it with a red sauce. This sounds good, though! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Gary-- Congratulations!! You are such an inspiration!!! The transformation in those pictures are just AMAZING!! May you continue to find success in the future!!

Don't count tonight and go for the saganaki, the gyro, and the baklava....mmmm....great, now I'm drooling!

Great job!!! Congrats!!

I can kind of understand where you are coming from. I started out very big, and though I am down 74 pounds, I have a VERY long way to go, with my ultimate goal just making it into onederland. I see people on MFP who are on the high side of the 100's and they talk about how huge they have gotten. I start to think, "Man,…

Fantastic strength...congratulations on a fantastic NSV!

Hadn't heard of it, but I'm downloading it now. Thanks for the info!

None of this would be a problem if it was still cool to wear a Fanny Pack.

Just because you are within your calorie allotment for the day doesn't mean that what you are eating is the right stuff. It kind of looks like most of what you eat is processed quick stuff with little to no fruits, vegetables, lean meats or complex carbs. Good luck with your journey.

You look fantastic!! Congratulations on your loss!

I LOVE Zumba.....I have been doing it for a few months now. I do classes a few times a month, but mostly I do it from youtube (videos of Zumba classes)....I get to pick and choose the songs I like and make a playlist that I can change up every so often. I have been losing inches and pounds!

Getting to leave work early ( I love my job, but I love being at home even more. LOL )

Ok, Ladies. Now don't get mad at me, but I don't do much around the house. I work full-time and my husband is currently unemployed. He does all the cooking (not the stereotypical "guy" cooking...he cooks everything from scratch since I eat completely clean -- bread, pasta, bbq sauce, broth, etc.), he keeps the house picked…

No matter if it was stress, kids, pills, depression, or the like, it all comes down to eating too much and doing too little. I know I can blame my weight gain on personal issues, but I still chose to sit down and eat half a pizza, or a couple candy bars, or huge bowls of CapN'Crunch, or whatever else I shoveled into my…

Congratulations!! Major differences! Keep up the good work! 8-)

--you organize a weight loss competition at work. --you get upset that you physically cannot workout because you have the flu (which is what I'm dealing with tonight...but every time I get up off the couch I get sick to my stomach... 8-( --you are proud of the sweat soaked tank top after your workout. --your days off turn…

Apple Butter....only 15 calories per tablespoon and it's not full of chemicals and junk...I just tried it for the first time last week and I was instantly hooked....

Here's my 2 cents: I believe that, yes, it IS about cals in/out. No, you do not have to eat "clean" to lose weight. The first time I lost weight (150+ pounds) I used I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray, Equal, fat free foods, etc. I lost the weight and it wasn't until I started not counting calories and eating ( a lot)…

My 1 year old Chihuahua/Welsh Corgi likes to play "Duck, Duck, Goose". Like the original game, I tap back and forth between our heads for the "Ducks", and she gets super excited, and then I tap her head and deeply yell "Goose" she freaks out and play-bites at my hand. My 7 year old Chihuahua (who is the Queen B) doesn't…
