My Dr. told me not to bother with vitamins... that I get enough of it in my foods. While that could be true for many ppl there is no way I get all my nutrients from food. My old trainer was awesome, he took me out for froyo after our sessions sometimes :D Cant beat that! lol

If you are eating well and exercising regularly, keep doing what you're doing. Your body is adjusting. Took me about a month after increasing cals before I started seeing actual results. Telling someone how to say your name properly is perfectly fine... but telling them to roll the r's or say silent X's as Y's and twist their tongue backwards or pucker their lips or speak from the throat while holding your breathe at the end, etc..... then I would say no, don't do that.

What's not to believe? It does exist. The actual number will vary every day. You "can" get a true number with certain devices like fitbit or bodyugg and things like that, which also cost a lot of money. For most people, an average number is sufficient to determine caloric goals. Nothing is 100% exact in this game…

Yeah, I really wish there were more restaurants that made "cleaner" food. I just don't like that the menu's make it "look" healthy but its actually smothered in butter and grease. It doesn't even have to be LOW CALORIE!! Just fresh, clean food not loaded with sodium and stuff!

There is difference between losing "weight" and losing fat. You CAN lose weight without exercise, but the benefits of exercise outnumber just dropping pounds by FAR... including how you look. It's a great idea. Its only 20-ish mins long and you can do modified versions of everything until you're up to speed. Honestly in my opinion if you can do Zumba, you can DEFINITELY do 30DS.
