I am able to workout pretty hard for a couple weeks or so and then crash! Meaning I need 2-3 days off to recovery physically. Protein Shakes vs. Bars
Do protein bars suffice in place of protein shakes? I hate drinking protein shakes and I'm suffering the consequences from it.

Does it really matter what TIME you eat?
Don't eat after 6pm. Eat 6 meals a day. Eat whatever you want as long as you're within your macros. Don't eat carbs at the end of the day. Drink protein shakes after workouts not before. so many contradictions. Anyone come across medical proof or evidence of truth behind any of this?
