I cant decide if it's better to go all out for a few weeks then take time off to recooperate, or do a little less each week so that 1-2 rest days will suffice....???
REASON: After about 4 weeks of hitting P90x super hard a couple days wasn't enough. My body is completely exhausted- it literally won't perfrom the way it did when I began the program. I am just about ready to get back at it again, I just don't know which is a better way to go about this. By better I mean most efficient. I am trying to follow P90x's schedule... but I also work full time and care for my family so I just can't hang with it as long as I'd like to.
Any advice from those who have experience with this sort of thing would be greatly appreciated.
