Eating before working out
Usually I eat after I workout, but there are times where I'm starving and if i don't eat i wont have energy to work out.... How long do you wait before doing so? Is it like they say, wait half an hour before swimming?? I don't really want to feel nauseated afterwards :o |

Stregnth Balance
Because I am right handed I've always used the right side of my body more than the left.... Consequently my right side is WAY stronger than the left. How do you balance this out??? Do you lift heavier on the left? Or do more reps?? I have no idea. Thanks!!!

What should one aim for as a calorie deficit? Obviously there are a lot of variables, but what is a reasonable number to aim for to start SEEING a difference?

Of course taking daily mulit vitamins are important... however, how important is to consume all those supplements that fitness articles and vitamin store employees URGE you to buy? Glutamine Whey Protien Fish Oil Etc. Do they really help you? Are they safe?

Exercising at work. . .?
As i am getting into fitness. . . I find myself wanting to be more active throughout the day- the problem is i work at a desk in front of a computer, so not much physical activity there! I want to start taking a break and exercise, but i am a little embarrassed... Anyone else do this? What are your thoughts??

Why is the weight not coming off!?
I've been eating healthy and within my 1200 cal goal AND exercising daily AND getting enough sleep- yet i am not losing anything! In fact i gained 1.5 pounds this week!? I must be doing something very wrong :( Anyone have any advice??
