Stregnth Balance

Because I am right handed I've always used the right side of my body more than the left.... Consequently my right side is WAY stronger than the left.
How do you balance this out??? Do you lift heavier on the left? Or do more reps?? I have no idea.

Let the left determine the weight you lift. Lift on that side as heavy as you can, then do the same weight and reps on your right side. Strangely enough I'm right handed but my left is stronger. I've carried kids on my left side for 5+ years in order to have the right side free to use...0
