I sort of have a hard time sticking exactly to the schedule. sometimes all I can do is go for a run that day- I have stuck with it for the most part but a couple days a week I kinda do other things because life happens. I promised myself I'm getting back on it today. So I'll be starting week 5. Good luck!

Anything that isn't covered with mystery sauce and stuff! So grilled chicken, salad, steak, things I can easily estimate because typically it's the same.

"smart"....not referring to intellect.

I don't know why that was hilarious! But yes my husb. is pretty good about saying it every time. I'm trying to get better at it. Why not?

I am new to running, so maybe I'm just super enthusiastic about it right now, but I would make the drive to run in a race with my friend. I would enjoy every minute of it.

^This. I have a pull up bar but I cant even do a pull up so resistance bands it is. They work just as well if you put the same amount of effort into it.

So you must be building more muscle than JUST losing fat since your losing inches rather than pounds, what could be better! Great work, it really shows. i'm on week 4 of P90x, and that was an AWESOME motivation to keep going! thank you! If I get results like that I'll be ecstatic!

you look awesome! And younger! :) great work

love it August!

You know, I used to think that also... until I realized how much pain internally I've felt being fat. NOTHING can take that pain away other than being the person I want to be. So really, you have to change how you view things- yeah it's easier to grab fast food.... but wouldn't it also be easier to go shopping and be able…

Aside from the fact that parents need to remind their kids about politeness and how to talk to others, kids don't usually have a good perception of the world around them. What's big to them at that age- at our age is normal... Not to mention lack of vocabulary! Sorry you have to deal with that! Hopefully as she gets older…

I felt like i got hit by a train my first time doing 30DS. It will go away, get plenty of protein and water. And keep moving! If Zumba is too much for you do some yoga or stretching. Good luck!

It sort of does feel great when your body starts rejecting that crap right!? I got very excited too when I started discovering things like that.

I work out in front of my 4 yr old. I started when she was 3.... There have been a few times I shouted at her in the middle of my workout to get out of the way before I kick her, but she gets it now! I'm glad she sees me workout actually, it has made her more aware of exercising and taking care of your health. She now…

I agree with no deprivation, and when i do have sweets I try to make it a better version- like organic or natural instead of processed. Do what you can!

Omg that's so AWESOME! great work!!! :D

Great job on your success! Don't stress, this is normal. Weight will fluctuate from day to day depending on how your body is adjusting to what you've eaten that day. Weekly weigh ins are a good idea...

^that is great!! I love it

No matter what rout you take to get away from this problem, it all comes down to your willpower- Recognizing when those feelings are arising and actively going against it. There have been countless times I picked up *fill in the bad food* looked at it KNOWING I shouldn't eat it...I would start to justify why it's ok to eat…

yum!!!

For the same reason you choose to live off veggies. Because we like it. There is nothing to argue about it, either you like something or you don't. PS: by "we" I meant us omnivores, not "silly carnivores". You should at least know the difference.

That is some hard work and major dedication, congratts on your success!

Wish I had advice for you, I am going through the same thing. All my friends whom I used to hang out with kind of don't mesh with my lifestyle anymore. You're not alone! If I had the opportunity I would join a gym and become a "regular" at the classes, those women all seem to be friends with common interests. good luck :)

I look at it this way, would I rather NOT work out because it's not "the right time"? No. Do it when you can! Your muscles will grow regardless and you will burn calories regardless. If you actually have a choice, exercise when you feel most energized and can give it 100%.

I read that when it came out... You can't really help what you feel inside- if someone is turned off by your past weight- they don't realize that you are so much stronger having overcome your ultimate weaknesses. Truly their loss. What I took away from it was that I wouldn't want to be with a man like that anyway- so…
