2 weeks is still VERY fresh. It will take time for you body to adjust and reflect changes. You may not SEE the changes right away, but I recommend taking measurements to compare. I am in the beginning stages of a 30 day fast (no food or water)... but it is for religious reasons. AND I do eat food everyday before sunrise and after sunset. I would NEVER do this for purposes of weight loss. My main reason is because of the loss of muscle mass.... not worth it to me.
