  • The easiest way I've found to keep track of my weigh ins is to copy the list of dates to a text file on my computer desktop. I then just open it and add the new weight and and copy it to the post. That way I don't have to try to remember prior weigh ins or find an old post.

  • I know the feeling. I was visiting my family in Seattle last week and they have a lot more hills than we do in Phoenix. Even better the last part of my runs was up a hill to my parents. It really offset the 30 degree drop in tempature.
