I'm on a mission to get rid of 15lbs that I've accumulated over the last year since I started a degree. I realise my figures might look unhealthy/odd to some, but I'm paraplegic, and I can't afford to keep this extra weight on. My fat bits are pushing against my sideguards and I'm risking pressure sores. I'm not getting aβ¦

Hiya, I'm Emma and I'm 46. I just need my winter blanket I've added of 15lbs removed! I handcycle nearly every day with my dog Clara, and as it's nearly gardening season again, there will be more exercise coming! Just sowing seeds, isn't really cutting it. lol

I always have a supply of miso soup, some rice balls and a large bowl of kinpira in fridge. They are my 'go-to's' when I'm peckish :)

I'm trying to get my weight down to around the 100lb mark, I'm 5'5. I'm 112 atm. These last few pounds are a stubborn shift! I don't use a BMI calculator as it doesn't translate very wellβ¦
