well, you are dealing with a lot...and I'm not familiar with some of those illnesses, so I'm not sure what kind of effect they have on your body. first of all, let me say go you :)! it's hard to decide to lose weight, and stick with it, much less lose a massive number. when I first set that 100 pound loss goal, i was so intimidated. when you find out what hotel you're staying out, see if they have a fitness room. most of them are small...a treadmill, bike, elliptical, and maybe a few free weight machines. if you know your schedule for your trip, see about fitting in a few workouts in there...or go for a walk. drink lots of water and try to maintain…

I wear compression shorts underneath my walking shorts. they help out a lot! I've always carried my weight in my mid section, and I've always had an issue with the same thing!

Yep! I've lost a total of around 105 pounds, and I still see myself as a big girl. I go straight for clothes that are too big, and even when something fits and is cute, I think I can't wear it because it doesn't look good!

yep...zumbacalories.com you put in your weight, if you do low, mid, or high impact, and low long, and it will give you a count of what you burned :)!

sounds like a good plan :). the stairs should give you a good workout, if you have the time in your day to run them for 5 minutes or so. are you allowed to bring your own food on there?

I started out doing Zumba two years ago, and I am an instructor now, and i've lost right at 100 pounds! I love it!

I started taking it two years ago, and now I am an Instructor! I've lost over 100 pounds. It's a great workout...made for people of all shapes and sizes. It is SO much fun! I love it! :)

yep....I log Zumba myself...you can go to zumbacalories.com and you can put in how long you did the class and the intensity and it will tell you how much you've burned :)!

I am at a plateau as well! I've lost about 110 pounds, and now I am 100% stuck. Pretty much, I agree with what everyone else says...if you gain an extra calorie amount with exercise, eat it! Doesn't have to be all, but at least half or so! Try changing up your workout. I am a Zumba Instructor and I (until this week) taught…
