  • I work (part time) at our local Y. I am a Zumba Instructor, but I love the other classes and utilize the weight rooms and cardio as well. I love it :)

I workout at least four days a week and try to eat right most of the time :). I know you can do this! Just set some mini-goals and get on it :)!

  • I am a Zumba Instructor, and you can in fact burn 1000 calories if you do roughly an hour and a half class. I weigh 204 and when I teach an hour, my HRM says 850 (mid impact, to the higher side), however, I tend to only log roughly 2/3 of that. I don't count warm up and cool down in the calories that I've burnt. A big…
  • If I say in my workout clothes (i sweat A LOT) , or go directly to a place and just veg, I get really cold. If I come home and shower and stuff, I'm normally good.

  • I still eat pizza once a week or so. I changed to thin crust...it doesn't have quite the calories as a regular one. often times, I can exercise, and eat pizza, and it never even causes me to eat into any of my exercise calories...just saying.

  • I agree with the SPF's over 30...nothing over that really makes much of a difference. 2nd--was it the spray on sunscreen or lotion?   • Well, eating enough calories does have something to do with it. You have to have a proper diet, but if you are only eating 400 calories a day and burning off double that or so, it can cause your body to hold on to everything you're eating.
