Well Ladies - I survived day 2 of the Shred (although I think it should be called 20 minutes in HELL!!) Felt good to move those muscles again today. After that I did 30 on the treadmill and then some arm weights (i've got some bat wings happenin' - so gross!!!! :embarassed: ) I'm feeling quite good considering everything.…
