  • Today I made one that I love! 1/2 c plain Greek yogurt 1/2 c plain soy milk 1/2 c mixed frozen fruit (mangos,strawberries, and blueberries) 1/4 c oatmeal 2 tsp honey 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder 2 tbsp ground flax seed 428 cal, 9.8g fat, 54g carbs, 38g protein, 9g fiber.
