no only 275 of them are excersize calories. which i try not to use all of them just incase they are off a little.

first of all im not complaining, but i have 649 calories left today. i ate 3 meals and snacks. i am not hungry at all. do i have to eat these? i will probably have one more thing before bed but 649 calories i dont think so. any advice or thoughts?

i always sem to be off balance too and was wondering the same thing. i dont really use a ton of carbs and go over on protein. is this a big deal? i don't know. anybody?

move over butter is good. for frying egg whites or something i use a little of that and some olive oil. sometimes i have to have real butter i dont think there is a substitute.

first day and i went over by 13 calories, all i can say is i must have been eating 4000 a day. more excersize tomorrow. it wasn't as bad as i thought and this really helps you really don't realize what you eat until you put it in print. WOW!
