Not in my foot but I have it in my toe which is painful. I was told cucumbers are good for inflammation..I put them in my water along with lemon and drink all day. My pain comes and goes. i hope you get to feeling better

I love it. And like one person said, it keeps you moving. I am not in there to compete with anyone but I am there to move and be in my own world. Some of the moves I cannot do because of my knee but I just keep it moving because its all about exercise!

Drink more water than I did yesterday - im there because I didnt get but 32 ounces on Sunday Lift weights - I have been saying I am going to do it for weeks and haven't done it yet (what am I waiting on) Work hard on losing 16 pounds by June 23...I am in a challenge with a friend so I need to step up my game.

Red Team I have been under the weather this week so I have NOT been able to do any exercising. I have been drinking my 64 plus oz of water everyday. I feel somewhat better today so I will try to get out and do something tomorrow because the weather is going to be NICE. Peace, Renee
