I have one as well and I LOVE it! I make smoothies for breakfast every morning. I put various fruits in mine and I add flaxseed, fiber, and whey protein as well. I add yogurt and I have even put spinach in mine one day! I add juices as well! You are going to enjoy your blender!

Have you tired running in the water? I do a TROT which is faster than walking and slower than jogging! I started small by doing one block and then walk then trot and I just do that until I get tired! You can do it! Start small!

I was told the same thing...to use the ball instead of a chair and it will work your core and especially your abs and will help with balance...have I done it yet? NO

I do a fruit smootie 5 days a week. It takes me about 10 minutes to make. I have the Oster Blender to go...where i make it in the to go blender and take it with me to work and sip on it for about an hour. I put oatmeal and flax seed and lots of frozen fruit to get my nutrients. I love it! Hope this helps

Yes. It is a great workout and you are moving every part of your body! I went Saturday and had a blast. I am trying to change up my workouts and I to get tired of the ellitical machine...but it is a great workout as well. So I would try it

It takes alot to make me sweat so I wear a thermal top and a t-shirt on top of that! Sometimes I wear a plastic bag that I made (cut out the neck and arms) and I put this under my long sleeve shirt! I had the same problem...I was working out but my food intake was horrible! Last week I cooked for the week and added a salad and that worked for me! I am very focused during the week but its the weekend that is my worse enemy (i dont even drink as much water) so I have got to get better! I am having a hard time time…
