Today I walked/jogged for 35 minutes this morning.. Today I ate the following: Breakfast - a Gala apple and a smoothie Lunch 1/2 pork chop 1/2 steak a salad with Ranch dressing 1/2 of yellow rice and a blueberry parfait I will have the same for dinner except I will add a baked potato

I have heard alot about this book and I have it on hold at the library...I was told there is a lot of information in it that is stopping us from losing the fat that is in our belly area.

Got my 100 sit ups in this morning so I wouldnt forget...also did 50 arm curls... I will have about 70 ounces of water before the day is over. Time to get focused.

The Bible says...it takes a village to raise a child! I dont have any but if I see any kids in my neighborhood out of order I will correct them verbally but NOT put my hands on them. It depends on your relationship with the person that is doing the disciplining.

If you keep doing the things that you are doing, you will fit in that dress. The undergarments will work wonders but they can be VERY uncomfortable especially since you have to wear that dress for alot of hours. I started the C25K yesterday and I am hoping for big results. Keep it moving and you will get into that dress.…

You can do a few things.. for to www.mapmywalk.com and it will design a walking route for you. Set a timeframe (goal) that you are going to walk for example 1 hour...then walk 30 minutes turn around and you will have walked an hour. Definitely make sure you have music...because it make the time go b faster! Hope this helps
