i cant do a pullup so i always use the bands..dont let it fool you! it defiantely is a great workout!

i really dont think u could get the same results as someone who is doing it every day. BUT i think you should totally attempt to do it as much as you can! Its a great workout whether you can do it 3 or 6 times a week. I start week two tomorrow and I am loving it! I get up at 530am just so I CAN have the time in my schedule!

just wanted to say that last year i had a trainer and he would make us do 100 pushups once a week. he did allow us to stop in between...but when i started i could barely do 10 at once..girly style....and after the 3 months with him i was able to do 25 regular without stopping. so practice does help!! i currently have…

yes usually i buy them already in patties from jenni-o or that honeysuckle brand at walmart.......fresh or frozen doesnt matter to me. but sometimes we do patty them ourselves......i honestly dont add a lot of seasoning..im not a huge seasoning girl. ive had friends that turned their noses up when i said i was using turkey…

ill be starting p90x on monday..today we got the videos and looked them over...i think everyone is right..u dont need a huge space. do realize that you are going to devote an hour to an hour and a half each day! im going to start with the 5lb dumbells and see how i feel...i do have 10s and will be buy ing more if need be.…

i really thought the choc tasted like dark chocolate........and im not a huge fan. but they have a recipe that you can add in peanut butter and that made it taste better! the green one does taste very much like wheat grass. i like wheat grass and liked the green shake but definately thought it would be better with berries…
