Hi Niccole (and everyone else too)! This morning I walked on the treadmill for 35 minutes, then I worked on the Elliptical machine for 20 minutes. It was hard getting up this morning, but after I was done I was so glad I did. :smile:

Day two for me, and didn't look! It's hard though. I walk right past a scale at the gym and I just want to hop right on it and see my progress. I can tell its going to be a fight with myself every morning! mamatusa
