I don't know about working out, but if you can fit it into your calories a small cup of grape juice always helps me. Something about the grapes and how they improve the blood circulation. Me and my sister both use this and it helps us.

I just watched what I ate for the first month and a half and I lost almost 10 pounds. Then I realized I would be saggy unless I threw exercise in there , too. But yes, it can be done.

I found it one day but I don't remember where. Created my own exercise off the data. I was 217 lbs and 10 mins burned about 32 cals. Now at 180lbs 10 mins burns about 27 cals. Hope this helps!

I had the same problem. I found that if I stretch for about 5 mins before I start my workout I feel a ton less sore the next day. I also took a recovery day where I did pilates instead of 30DS. The body can get used to running on a certain number of calories. People recommend jumping up your calories every now and then to keep the body confused so the metabolism doesn't slow back down.
