  • Crunches help. I pop tons of ibuprofen. Pilates and yoga are my favorite for the first 2 days when i'm fatugued and crampy and hurting bad.
  • I literally feel like a bottomless pit the week before I get my period. I up the weight training when Im PMSing tp rev my metabolism (it's already burning faster with pms anyways) and try to keep my cravings in check but sometimes I give into them. I workout all through having my period too, I feel like it keeps my mood…
  • I prefer bosu balls, but they are very expensive! if you have access to them at the gym, use them often! they got my butt (my actual butt) into incredible shape.
  • I love doing push ups, bridges, and chest flys on them! One of my other favorites is putting it behind my back against a wall and squatting down, sort of like a modified wall sit.
  • It is so much lower in calories! The unsweetened vanilla is delicious in granola.
