I have on for about three weeks and i'm down about 6lbs... my girlfriend has lost 17 since september.... it works just stick with it and get food creative! good luck!

Wow that is amazing...... I know how you feel......I went from 230 lbs and i'm down to 212...... people use my weight to take shots at me and I said no more!!! My dad says to me if you lost weight you would be a beautiful girl.... I know I am inside time to show the world the outside! keep going Girl!!
