For the last 3 months, I have stayed about the same weight, but have lost 6% body fat and several inches due to haevy lifting. I would find it very difficult to build muscle and lose actual pounds.

I have been doing intense weight trainging for about a month now. Before, I was a cardio junkie. I have lost 3% body fat in just a month! It's amazing what weights can do for you!
