Some of your results are really amazing and inspirational. I'm having a crazy day at work today and thought about skipping my workout but after reading your latest posts I will make sure to get that workout in!

I woke up this morning feeling really off and naueseous. Was going to skip this but I did the workout. Nearly vomited but I made it through :) Day 1, Level 1 done and dusted!

I am trying to change my mindset about food as I am having a huge battle every time I eat. At the moment I am trying to eat 1300 or so calories a day but binging all the time because I am hungry, and therefore I undo all my hard work.
