If you've ever had any back issues such as a herniated disc you might want to steer clear of Insanity. Its a great program for burning calories and improving cardio...no doubt. However, its very high impact!

Got sidetracked by a herniated disc earlier this year but was able to start from scratch again and do the Disney half marathon in Sep. Still have a full marathon on my bucket list but really want to get down to 180s before training for a full.

I had a herniated disc earlier this year and I've never been in so much pain in my life. It was a miserable 4 months. Be sure not to rush into working out too hard, too soon. Good luck!
