"Può essere il fallimento che ci lega, ma è la perseveranza che ci definisce.", which means, "It may be the failure that binds us, but it is the perseverance that defines us." To me, it means to keep pushing, even through the tough times!

Seems about right to me. Of course, I'm probably swinging my club a whole lot more than you! lol

Once a week is best, I think. I actually find myself looking forward to Tuesdays (my weigh-in day) now!
