Now that i lost the weight (still some more to go) i am off my antidepressants for good! Thos positive hormones are really really helping from all the exercise!!!! Plus my dr told me to start vitamin d, and that has worked wonders!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! just a little something to look forward to as you lose wt!

well, this does not have anything to do with bananas but i love her vanilla cream protein powder, i put frozen fruit in it, nonfat yogurt or even just water, ice, the powder and crytal light raspberry ice and blend it, its awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!! when i want a little more i add the yogurt. yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
