Take a photo of each of the flowers in with you and have them sketch something out for you....I personally find tattoos annoying rather than painful. I have one on my foot, hip, thigh, 2 on my back and one on my wrist, desiging another one at the moment

It depends on where, I was about 35 minutes from NYC and was getting $600 a week to watch two children. I had a great reputation going around so I had two people keep upping their price to get me!

Do they have a website? If so you could proberly access the nutritional value for your dish. If not google it and get an average idea and use that number :)

Im not offended! I do weight loss the correct way and aim for 1-2lbs a week with healthy eating and excecise. Yes I eat 1200 calories a day but that is what is recommended for me. So count me in the 10% lol

I generally have something I really want on Sundays, if ive been craving something ill have it but I wont use the entire day as a huge cheat day. maybe just something special to go with dinner, or a cake to go with my morning coffee

Hi, I did WW a while ago and lost 75lbs in just under 8months, I loved the program (theres so many knew ones now) but this time arounf losing my baby weight I just couldnt afford to go back, this site has everything I need and Im happy im here

It can make weight loss harder, keep at it and it will start. Also the most important thing with the healthier choices etc you levels will start improving :)

Yes its possibly and healthy aswell. You want to aim at no more than 1-2 pounds per week and you could do this, like its already been said you would be aiming at 1.2lbs a week to get to your goal weight!

Its tradgic, my heartfelt condolences to the officers and their families, I worked closly with many while I was a Certified first responder and this just breaks my heart. Ahh dispatching has got to be horrible but amazing at the same time. Im hoping to go that route shortly :)
