I Started using this a month ago and have lost 7 pounds so far I combine it with 2 dog walks a day 5 days a week and 5 sessions a week on an Eliptical trainer. You Know this is my biggest problem I am fine during all day then when I sit down to relax later in the evening I think I need to eat. Guess I am not alone this. Any help would be much appreciated.
