I did actually think of throwing them out. I tryed to get Jerry to eat them, and would give them to the dogs, but they are chocolate. 100% juice.......... grape juice seems to be the best.............. drink as much as you can, and don't get far from a bathroom.

My polar ft7 came in red with grey, it is designed for female, although it did ask for my gender when I programed the settings. So maybe they all allow you to set it up, for gender specifations. It would matter, a menopasual obese woman is not going to be burning the same as a slightly overweight young man.

The best way to start eatting healthy is to cut out all white food. White foods= Sugar ......... And then learn new ways to cook and things to eat as you go along.

I was reading about ways in which you lose fat................ and it turns out, not only do we lose it when we pee, we also lose it by breathing it out. So lets hope we are all still breathing, in more ways than one.

I was told that the wrist watch kind are very undependable as caloric readings go. It can say one number with your heart rate up and a few seconds later it will say something totally different. My readings on the heart rate moniter with a chest strap are giving me readings of about a third to one half of what the data base…

My Dr. prescribed me topomax for weight loss, but it does not have that effect on me. He said it would make soft drinks taste bad and alot of foods as well. Not a chance.

Fat is not so easy to disolve. You will be short the calories by the end of the week of 2 days worth, so that might result in some ultimate weight loss. Most of the weight loss from being sick, would be fluid loss and solid waste loss. I'm sure you feel empty and thin, with a caved in stomach find of an effect right now…
