  • I never thought about chair exercises! I was doing pilates for a while through blogilates on YouTube until the old injury decided to flare up badly. I'll check it out! Thank you!
  • Arms would definitely be an option, especially since they like to wave when I wave lol. But the only thing with walking is that I have to be very careful as it is easy to aggravate. Doctor wanted me on crutches, so I have to be gentle with that. It isn't much fun being a couch bum :) Thanks for your suggestion!
  • feel free to add me!
  • Yay for nerds! in love with Doctor Who, Harry Potter and Sherlock! In fact, my fiance dressed up as the 10th Doctor to propose :)
  • That's awesome!! Keep it up!! You're doing great! Congratulations! :)
  • You're doing wonderfully!! Keep at it! Just pay attention to how you feel. Push it when you feel you can and slow when you must. Don't worry about times! You're already doing way more than a lot of people. Enjoy yourself. On the next run try to drop a couple seconds off. Go a little further. Always push to do your best.…
  • Of course! One of my favorite snacks is a banana with some honey drizzled on top and some cinnamon! Very filling and satisfies that sweet tooth! Its okay to snack, just make better choices. If you like, try freezing your strawberries and put them in some lemon water. So you're staying refreshingly hydrated and a nice snack…
  • Tell the ones you trust most. Otherwise, show them you're bettering yourself. Don't let anyone get you down. Not even yourself! As for the snacking, try going for healthier options. Like a banana and some honey. Apples and peanut butter. Those will keep you full longer after meals so you're less inclined to snack. Almonds…
  • I'd love to join :)
  • If it counts, I'm fairly young but my weight isn't going anywhere. I've been doing everything I can. So I think a trip to the doctor is in order for me!
  • I love tea! Especially green tea. But I'm a big fan of all sorts of tea. Green tea with jasmine and some honey? yum!
  • a 'naner with some honey and cinnamon :)
  • A banana drizzled with some honey and sprinkled with cinnamon! That should cover your sweet tooth for a while and still be relatively healthy. As for salty, have some almonds or a small bag of popcorn.
  • At first I was like what? I have Shakeology and never encountered such an issue. But then I got it. lol
  • I do about the same type of pizza but with a pita! I like to make mine with 2 tsp pesto, spinach leaves, a few little mozzarella pearls and some salad shrimp :)
  • I'm 5'3" and I'd love to get back to my 135-140 lbs. Sounds like a lot but I'm muscular build
  • I'd love some new friends and motivators :)
  • I will! I need to lose about 35 lbs, but more so, I need to start actually losing weight. I don't want this past month to be a waste. Feel free to add me :)
  • I tried it for a couple weeks. I found that I was starving more. So when it came time to eat, I ate a lot. I see plenty of people with success, but I can't validate having two shakes as a meal replacer. I didn't lose much at all. Maybe a pound or so. Now I'm going about things the right way and I'm still not losing…
  • Thanks! I'm definitely trying. But my fiance says and I guess some others too, that I'm toning up and it looks like I'm losing. Too bad the scale says otherwise!
  • I'm 5'3" Age: 22 Starting weight: 170 Current weight: 170 Goal weight: 135 How many calories do you eat a day? I eat about 1200-1300. Do you eat back "exercise calories"? Not really, there are times where I'll have some sweets or something. But for the most part, I tend to leave them be. Do you allow yourself a cheat meal…
  • I'm in the same boat. I've been working out and eating better. Tracking the things I do, and I have not lost a SINGLE pound. It's the most frustrating thing there is. I am 5'3" and 170. I'm not supposed to weigh that much, but I am way more muscular than others my size. I'm not sure what else to do. I feel your pain.
  • A long time ago, I felt something pop in my hip playing tennis. I kind of put it off as no big deal and that I just hadn't stretched well. I was dead wrong. Over time, it has hurt me pretty badly. It was more isolated cases of pain, but when it came, it was almost debilitating. I've been doing Pilates and it's spiking…

  • I'm 22 and I was/am in the same boat you are! I know all about that Freshman 15. I lost it and it came back worse. Feel free to add me, I'm looking for friends with the same goal!
  • This sounds wonderful! I'd love to be Team Time Lord :) or any team that isn't full I should say!
  • My wedding is in March 2015. And I'm already panicking. I know 35 lbs is possible by then but with dress fittings? Gaaah! I'm trying to do everything I can to lose something but I'm not! I've been adjusting my diet and doing exercises but I haven't lost a pound! It's very disheartening. Going to try to keep at it though. I…
  • I have two dogs! A corgi and an Australian Shepherd Boxer Lab mix. Luna and Kiah both drag me around. I love walking them but Kiah will pull me so it's hard to walk both at one time. If my fiancé isn't around to help, I walk one at a time around the block. They love walks but Florida heat gets to you!
  • Currently working on my Masters degree in Elementary Ed and working on getting a full time teaching job. But I'm starting substituting! :)
