Lots of Water, and stay under 1200 for a few days. After that, you do not want to go over 2000 any day. Try adding banannas into your diet for the potassium. :smile:

Hang in there and keep up the good work! It sounds like you might benefit from looking at the sodium you are taking in. My weight does that when I eat too much sodium. Also, muscle weighs more than fat and how your clothes fit and body measurement should be an indicator of success as well :flowerforyou:

Hello All, I am on day 6 - school psych for a high school :glasses: Yes, Everyone has the same idea! I bring bananas and Zone Perfect bars for snacks and lunch. Don't forget to bring LOTS of bottle or a gallon you drink out of everyday!! Sometimes I will heat up a Lean Cuisine at lunch instead. At dinner it is usually fish…
