  • This is all very encouraging. My weekends are my "problem times." When I am in the routine of working out during the week, it's easier to resist the urge for a glass of liquid relaxation. But always a struggle. :) We shall persevere!
  • New to the group ... but these are my people :) I have to cut back on wine to save calories. Want to lose 20 pounds, and the scale is not budging. Has anyone had success with weight loss after cutting back the alcohol?
  • I recently started tracking my MFP and holy cow, wine adds up! I too love wine with dinner but I must not drink (so much) wine if I want to reach my goal. I am sure these extra 15 lbs I am carrying (and have been trying forever to lose) are the result of my love of a good cabernet.
