I love unsweetened almond milk. I made cream of wheat with it this morning and loved it. If I have too much dairy I notice my skin breaks out a little. So I stick with almond milk. I also love making hot chocolate out of it!

I guess you have to find what works for you. When I was loosing, I never ate my calories. I think that's what helped me in loosing. But now that I'm maintaining, I do eat some of the calories back. Lately I've been into taking a whole wheat wrap and smearing it with a tablespoon of sugar free apricot jam, then a few slices of turkey, and a piece of Kraft fat free swiss cheese. Roll it all up then devour!!

One of my indulgences is hot chocolate. I love the unsweetened almond milk with an envelope of Starbucks Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate. It's a delicious, rich, creamy treat at only 160 calories total.

I love the Sunkist light tuna pouches. I have several I keep at work. I sprinkle a few drops of Tabasco sauce on it and eat it right out of the pouch. 80 calories!!

I find always having chopped carrots, celery, broccoli, grape tomatoes always around me helps greatly with the munchies. I also snack on pickles when I'm craving something salty. So happy to see this new group. I choose to eat less than 1200 calories a day. It works great for me. I feel healthy. I'm at my goal weight!! I'm more fit than I've ever been in my life. Thank goodness for the MFP data base. Did you know that Dairy Queen has a 50 calorie fudge bar? Now when my sweetheart wants to go get a blizzard for himself, I don't have to be left out, or sit there sipping ice water. The fudge bars are so delish!

I struggle with this too. I like the Sunkist Chunk Tuna Light in the little pouches. High in protein and low in calories!

I'm a small business owner and I take my lunch to work with me. Lately I've been eating those Sunkist tuna pouches. I squirt a little horseradish or Tabasco sauce ( I like spicy stuff) right into the pouch and eat it like that. It's low cal and high protein. I also don't get a bunch of dirty dishes to clean up.

I also eat too much in the evenings, usually out of boredom. I've taken up crochet. It keeps my brain and hands busy. I don't think about food. It's great when I realize a whole evening has gone by without any thoughts of eating. Getting into a really good book helps too!
