thanks guys for the awesome advice! first off, a recovery drink seems like a great idea--ive noticed that getting some carbs i think that the recovery week may have contributed to that--i didnt really give it my all bc i felt burnt out. anyways, im starting to feel the motivation build up again when people come up to me…

thanks all for the advice! im sorry it took so late to respond but i didnt have access to the internet for awhile. I waited a week and made sure to drink more water when I could and I feel fine. I made a doctors appointment for when I get back to the states.

I wouldn't really trust a doctor here anyway. I'm thinking I'll just give myself a few days rest and then try again.

Gahhh, I'm visiting a foreign country (3rd world country...) for the next four weeks... can't see a doctor til then.

I noticed a few years ago, I dropped twenty pounds in 2 months from going low carb and doing an hour cardio every day. I feel like my body is very resilient to weight loss--is that…

I don't eyeball my food. I definitely measure everything. I keep my sodium in check. I also make sure I have a NET intake of 1,200. I do the Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVD every few days, and my cardio varies from burning 200 calories a day to 800. I may try to increase my calorie intake--1200 calories may be too little.

this drives me absolutely nuts as well. My brothers can drop weight so easily and its so hard for me. reminds me of the other day when I just wanted one slice of pizza, came downstairs an hour later to see my younger brother polished the entire thing off. also periods screw everything up--water weight and all. its just.…

wait til week 3... my knees are killing me.

very true, I couldn't find another job. But eating during bathroom breaks is an excellent idea!

I tend to drink a lot of water which helps. I may try drinking a protein shake--didn't think of that since I try to avoid drinking calories!

basically, this thread has no point. you're just criticizing other people and putting them down. If someone wants to look like a diva at the gym, its not your problem. If someone wants to wear jeans and boots to the gym, its not your problem. if someone wants to look like a friggin hobo at the gym, this also isnt your…
