Thanks! I can’t seem to edit my OP but I’m 162.4lbs aiming for a goal weight of 128lbs and trying to loose 1lb a week. I’ve lost 40lbs in the past and met my goal weight via MFP but was not breastfeeding at the time. I believe hot water aids in digestion - helps you to digest things quicker (I could be wrong though)...if you think about it it probably would be true, because it would open up the blood vessels in your stomach, just as if you were putting a warm pack on an injured muscle to allow for vasodilation to bring…
