I had a good run at the Rec today meeting my goal of 2.5 miles after 3 days of not meeting my goals. I had tried to run just a bit further starting on Monday and my heart rate did not like that one bit. I cut back to what I was doing and I met my running goal. Now to boost myself up to do some weights!
