I like vegetable sushi rolls and I take both chlorella & spirulina alternating months and find they kill most sweet/salty cravings. Don't take spirulina if you're subject to kidney stones as it is the family that can lead to to them. Chlorella is far superior anyway.

I take about a 1/4 cup hot water and put a tablespoon or two of local honey----stir---then add 1/4 cup of ACV and then add Cayenne pepper to it....for me personally I put a teaspoon but a half or quarter would work if you're not into the heat. It gives it a nice edge and makes it quite pleasant to consume regularly.…
