You can use it in lasagna instead of ricotta cheese. Once it is baked, the texture and taste are good. I also use it for stuffed shells.

We had a light covering this morning here in Perrysburg, outside of Toledo. It was very pretty with the snow clinging to the branches like a painting. I'm sure I won't feel this way in a month or so. lol

Bake with some whole wheat panko breading and Italian seasoning. Very nice.

Take a look at your face today and compare it to back then. I bet there is a difference. Besides, even if the changes are subtle, the changes inside are certainly for the better. And, that is a very good thing!
