Yeah, I think portion control will be the difficult part, since there are so many different dishes that I'll want a sample from.

I think in order for us to really help support one another it would be beneficial to know what strategies the other is using for the fitness goals, that way we can tailor our suggestions to something that would make sense to the other, for instance dietary restrictions (I only eat 300 cal a meal, but eat 5 times a day)…

I usually work out 4 times a week, I'm going to continue with my normal strength routine, but I've decided to add two extra days of cardio. So this week I will only have 1 day off of cardio.
